The resort offers 168 one- and two-bedroom condos in three-story salmon-colored buildings arrayed on both sides of a street separating a beach/ocean section from a marina section. All condos include balconies or ground-floor patios.
Additional amenities include fully equipped kitchens; living/dining rooms with dining sets and thickly cushioned rattan furniture; tile floors; floral fabrics; shower/tub combinations; and ceiling fans in addition to air conditioning. In-room safes are available for a daily surcharge. DVD players and DVDs can be rented at the front desk.

Driving directions from Grand Bahama International Airport: Depart airport to Grand Bahama Hwy heading east. Turn right onto Coral Rd. Turn right onto East Sunrise Hwy. Turn left at traffic light onto Beachway Dr and go to end. Turn left onto Silver Point Dr, and the resort is straight ahead.
Getting there: Shuttle vans and private cars of varying prices are available. They can be reserved during the process of booking a reservation for this hotel, via this Web site, and added to the total trip cost. Driving on Grand Bahama Island is on the left-hand side, British-style.
Getting around: Rental bicycles and motor scooters are available at Island Seas Resort. The resort staff can summon taxis on request.
