Driving directions from Lynden Pindling International Airport: Depart airport on John F. Kennedy Dr. Turn left on Blake Rd. Turn right on West Bay St (which becomes Bay St) and proceed to hotel on left.
Getting there: Shuttle vans and private cars of varying prices are available. They can be reserved during the process of booking a reservation for this hotel, via this Web site, and added to the total trip cost. Driving is British-style (on the left).
Getting around: Unless comfortable driving British-style (on the left) on narrow streets, few visitors to Nassau rent cars. Taxis are available at the hotel. Nassau’s little buses, called jitneys, operate throughout the island, stopping near the hotel. Ferries (less than $5) make 10-minute trips to Paradise Island from a dock four blocks from the hotel. Ferries also operate from Nassau to Out Islands, including Harbour Island and Eleuthera.
